Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 kg Stewing Beef
Half a bag of egg noodles
250 ml beef stock
284 ml cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion
half a bulb of garlic
2 tbsp flour
salt/pepper

Place a large pot of water on the boil and follow the instructions on the package to prepare egg noodles.
Dice the onion, crush the garlic and put that in the frying pan. Cut the stewing beef down to size, add salt/pepper then add to the pan and turn on medium with a lid stirring occasionally. Once beef is thoroughly cooked drain half the fat. Add the cup of beef stock. Slowly stir in the two tbsp of flour. Add the cream of mushrooms soup and stir until a consistent gravy has been achieved. Add salt/pepper.
Serve on noodles
